The results and supporting analysis outlined in this paper demonstrate that the skycamera (Fulcrum3D CloudCAM) was successfully able to predict almost all significant drops in solar resource, and its integration resulted in a significant reduction in the utilisation of co-located battery system used for ramp-rate control.
